When you instruct our Fixed Fee Family Solicitors, you will know exactly what the process will be, and how much it will cost. We will always discuss and agree the prices and work necessary with you, so you know what to expect.

Fixed Fee Family Law Consultation

We understand that you might need some initial legal advice to make an informed decision about what is best for you and your family. Our Fixed Fee Family Lawyers offer a 1 hour fixed price initial advice consultation during which we will:

discuss the background of your case,
talk through your situation,
Provide you with clear, concise advice and guidance,
Discuss and respond to any questions you may have,
Provide a written plan, including overview of the points discussed, the advice and information provided and the next steps.

Consultations are either remote (phone or video), or in person at our offices. The cost of our fixed fee initial consultation is £199 plus VAT. This is a one off, no obligation fixed fee and there are no hidden costs to worry about.

In our experience, most family law cases are settled out of court. This is why we often do not include Family Court representation or court fees into our initial costs. However, if a court hearing becomes necessary, our Fixed Fee Family Solicitors are highly skilled and experienced in this area, and will fight for you to make sure you achieve the best possible outcome for your case.
