We have a range of options to help you, from full representation to fixed fees for specific services or pay as you go advice whilst you represent yourself. No surprise bills and clarity from the start.

Fixed fee initial advice consultation

We understand that you might need some initial legal advice to make an informed decision about what is best for you and your family. We offer a 1 hour fixed price initial advice consultation during which we will:-

• discuss the background of your case,
• talk through your situation,
• Provide you with clear, concise advice and guidance,
• Discuss and respond to any questions you may have,
• Provide a written plan, including overview of the points discussed, the advice and information provided and the next steps.

Consultations are either remote (phone or video), or in person at our offices. The cost of our fixed fee initial advice consultation is £199 plus VAT. This is a one off, no obligation fixed fee and there are no hidden costs to worry about.

Full Representation

We offer a full-representation option to help you every step of the way whatever your Family Law situation. Whether it is helping with a financial settlement after the breakdown of a married or unmarried relationship, arrangements for children, or Court proceedings, Rowlinsons Solicitors are Can provide the specialist advice you need.

Pay as you go

We offer the option to pay for only those services that you decide that you need. This is an option for those looking to keep their costs to a minimum, who are happy to undertake a lot of the work needed themselves. For example, if you are happy to represent yourself in Court proceedings, but want some support and guidance in the background during the legal process, or perhaps you need some help drafting a particular statement or form, pay as you go options might be suitable for you.
