We would like to congratulate Haydn Roberts, our HR and Practice Manager on successfully completing the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management.
CIPD is the professional body for Human Resource Management and People Development with 160,000 members globally and their qualifications set the international standard for HR professionals. The CIPD Level 7 is the most prestigious qualification you can attain as an HR practitioner and is equivalent to a postgraduate/masters degree.
Haydn has been a member of CIPD since 2018 and has been studying the course part time for 3 years. He joined Rowlinsons in 2022 and is responsible for HR and Health & Safety matters.
