Did you register a Lasting Power of Attorney between 1 April 2013 and 31 March 2017?
If you registered a Lasting Power of Attorney for Property and Financial decisions or for Health and Welfare decisions between these dates (or if you registered an old-style Enduring Power of Attorney) then you may be entitled to a refund of part of the registration fee from the Office of the Public Guardian.
The amount of refund could be between £34 - £54 per LPA depending on when you registered your LPA.

You must claim your refund by 31 January 2021.
