Paul completed his LLB (Hons) degree in Manchester and was admitted as a solicitor in 1972. Since he has been an Associate Professor at the College of Law and Senior Lecturer at the University of Chester.
His exceptional expertise in the field of property law is supplemented with a talent for writing; successfully publishing a range of textbooks that are regularly used by students prior to their qualifications. Producing works on Conveyancing and Commercial property, Paul is also the author of ‘The Which Guide to Renting & Letting’, and has contributed to the ‘Penguin Guide to the Law’.
Paul is widely regarded as one of the leading authorities in Commercial and Residential Property, regularly consulting on complex landlord and tenant issues.
Away from work, Paul is a cricket enthusiast who enjoys fine wines and travelling with his dogs.
