Will Questionnaire
Please download our Will Questionnaire. This is designed to assist you in thinking about the issues you need to consider when making a will. It also allows you to give us relevant information such as the names and addresses of the executors and beneficiaries in your will. Please print and complete the questionnaire and return it to us by post. We will then contact you to discuss your will requirements in further detail before preparing a draft will for you.
