Rowlinsons Head of Family Law, Linda Hunter, has once again successfully been reaccredited under Resolution’s Specialist Scheme.
The scheme recognises members of Resolution who demonstrate excellence in the practice of family law and in their specific areas of expertise. The accreditation is a mark of excellence in practice and demonstrates the outstanding level of skills and expertise.
Linda, who is also an accredited mediator and qualified collaborative lawyer, has now held the Resolution Specialist accreditation for ten years.
“I’m delighted to have achieved the accreditation again. This year has seen some major changes in family law, particularly the arrival of no-fault divorce. It has always been my aim to deal with any separation as amicably as possible, particularly where children are involved.”
Resolution is a national organization of family lawyers, and Resolution members are committed to the Code of Practice which promotes a constructive approach to family issues that considers the needs of the whole family. Instructing a trusted professional can play a big part in helping to sort out issues involving the breakdown of a relationship, care of the children, and arrangements for the home and finances.
